Independent of the mirror work, but must land before r-universe first builds the package (#47).

DESCRIPTION now lists the maintainer as jared@civilytics.com. r-universe associates a maintainer with a GitHub account by matching that email against the addresses registered on the account — so without this, the r-universe package page shows no avatar and no contributor statistics.

Steps

GitHub → Settings → Emails → add jared@civilytics.com → verify.

Keep jknowles@gmail.com as primary if you prefer; multiple verified addresses is the supported case.

Note

The association only takes effect on the next package build. Doing this after registering means waiting for a rebuild to pick it up.
